The artist Moisés Yagües presents at Ting Ting Art Space in Taipei (Taiwan) a selection of his most recent works, which explore his characteristic playful and conceptual approach to art and the creative process.

The works include paintings from his series ‘The Artist’s Assistants’, in which he pays homage to great figures such as Keith Haring, Alexander Calder, Vasili Kandinsky and Kazimir Malevich. Also included are pieces from his series ‘The Artist and the Monster’, which reflect on the challenges and contradictions of the creative process, as well as works inspired by classic games such as Tetris and Tangled, among others. Works that try to make us a little happier and where the viewer only has to reserve a quiet moment to enjoy the details and create his or her own story. For Yagües, art should belong to the Ministry of Health, and not to the Ministry of Culture, because it allows us to disconnect, to be moved and provides us with small moments of happiness.

The exhibition will be open to the public during the months of January and February 2025.
